Return Terms & Conditions
- Wholesale sales are final. Sample sales of less than 12 units may be refundable if the item is in brand new condition, unworn and tags are still intact.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-818-839-8853 to get return approval.
- We do not pay for return shipping and original shipping costs and/or freight charges are non-refundable.
- There may be a 15% re-stocking fee for any returns that are approved.
- Discounts for minimum purchases maybe pro-rated or rescinded
- Please inspect your purchases prior to printing, washing, or decorating the merchandise.
- Return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods and returned no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.
- All printed, embroidered, or other customized products and orders are non-refundable. Please inspect your samples digitally and physical if the sample has been produced.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
