Handling Time: Typical handling time for orders is 2 to 4 business days, but may increase during peak seasons.
How Can I Track My Order: Once your package has shipped from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on the Tracking Number.
Inventory Levels: Our inventory is updated on a regular basis electronically, however warehouse levels may fluctuate throughout the day and/or miscounts may result in some inaccurate stock level data. As a result, there maybe some items that fall out-of-stock. We cannot guarantee that all items, styles, colors, quantities will always be in stock at the time an order is placed and pulled. You will be notified if your order cannot be fulfilled.We recommend you check with us for any large or specific orders you need.
Backorders: Due to global supply chain and port delays, some items that show in-stock may go into back-order status. If that happens, we will make efforts to inform you within 1-2 business days. Please contact us for any backorders or out-of-stock items for ETA and to reserve your inventory. A refund will be issued for out-of-stock and backorders.
Local Pick Up: We allow local pickup from our warehouse by appointment only with a minimum order of $100. We do not allow walk-in visitors. All visitors must follow local masking rules.

Minimum order must be $100 to use your own carrier account number. We add dimensional weight where required for most orders. You may also send us a label for your order.
Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping on select bulk or custom orders. Contact us to discuss your bulk order.
Discounts cannot be combined with free shipping offers unless specified. Free Shipping exclusions may apply on some merchandise, close-outs, promotional and custom orders.
Free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states.
We do not offer Free Shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, any islands/territories, and international countries.
Minimums
Tiered pricing starts with a minimum of 12 units per style, color, size, sku for most brands. We may offer no-unit minimums, mix-match and samples for a limited time. Please contact us with any specific requirements. Discounts and Free Shipping maybe tied to minimum purchases.
Shortages, Defects, and Damages
All claims for shortages or damages must be made within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
International Shipping
We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be applied once your order reaches your country. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of any potential fees prior to your order’s arrival.
For some countries a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping options may be available. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss available arrangements.
Most items shipped internationally are calculated by weight. Add all items to your cart using the ADD TO CART button on the product page.
The total weight will be calculated accordingly.
For all services other than DDP and where exclusions to DDP apply, International local postal authorities, UPS / Fedex may charge brokerage and duty fees, which are beyond our control or knowledge. Please check import rules in your country prior to placing your order or contact us.
